Two Shipping Options
We offer two flexible shipping methods to suit your needs:
Standard Shipping (Uninsured) – 2.5%
- Cost: 2.5% of order value
- Delivery Time: 7-14 business days
- Tracking: Full DHL tracking included
- Insurance: Not included
Important Notice: This option does not include insurance coverage. BlokGold cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments with this option. We only recommend this for customers who accept the risk or have arranged their own insurance coverage.

Express Insured Shipping (Recommended) – 4.5%
- Cost: 4.5% of order value
- Delivery Time: 3-7 business days
- Tracking: Real-time DHL tracking included
- Insurance: Fully insured up to complete order value
- Coverage: Protection against loss, theft, and damage from our vault to your door
We strongly recommend this option for all orders. Your precious metals are fully protected throughout the entire journey until you sign for delivery.

How It Works
1. Order Processing
After your cryptocurrency payment is confirmed on the blockchain, we process your order within 1-2 business days.
2. Secure Packaging
Your gold and silver are carefully packaged in discreet, protective packaging. No external markings indicate valuable contents.
3. Shipment & Tracking
Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with your DHL tracking number. Track your package in real-time at dhl.com or through your BlokGold account.
4. Delivery & Signature
DHL will deliver directly to your registered shipping address. A signature from the registered recipient is required upon delivery.

For orders over $100,000:
For your enhanced security, we automatically split large orders into multiple insured shipments at no additional cost. Each shipment must be received and verified before the next one is dispatched. This reduces risk during transit and ensures maximum protection for your investment.
Delivery Requirements
To ensure safe delivery of your precious metals:

✅ Direct Delivery Only: We deliver to your registered address only

What We Provide

Refused Deliveries
If you refuse delivery due to customs fees or duties, you will be responsible for:
- Return shipping costs back to Hong Kong
- Re-shipment fees if you want the order sent again
- Any storage fees incurred

Undeliverable Shipments

Should I choose insured or uninsured shipping?
We strongly recommend Express Insured Shipping for all orders. Precious metals are high-value items, and insurance protects your investment. The small additional cost provides complete peace of mind.
What if my package is lost with uninsured shipping?
If you choose Standard (Uninsured) shipping and your package is lost, stolen, or damaged, BlokGold cannot be held responsible. The risk is entirely yours with this option.
Can I arrange my own insurance?
Yes, if you choose uninsured shipping, you may purchase third-party insurance. However, our Express Insured option is typically more cost-effective and simpler.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship to nearly all countries worldwide via DHL Express. If you’re unsure about your location, please contact us before placing your order.
How long before my order ships?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after your cryptocurrency payment is fully confirmed on the blockchain. You’ll receive a shipping notification with tracking once dispatched.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Address changes are only possible before shipment. Once your order has shipped, DHL may be able to redirect delivery for an additional fee (at your expense). Contact us immediately if you need to change your address.
What about import taxes in my country?
You are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs fees in your destination country. These vary by country and cannot be calculated in advance. Contact your local customs office for specific information.
What if I’m not home when DHL delivers?
DHL will typically make 2-3 delivery attempts. You can also arrange to pick up your package at a local DHL service point or reschedule delivery through DHL’s website using your tracking number.
Is my shipment discreet?
Yes. All packages are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no indication of valuable contents. Only standard shipping labels are visible.
